1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active milbet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. milbet enforces a strict 21+ policy and may request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2. You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You must not already hold an existing milbet account. Each individual is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate registrations are a breach of these Terms.
4. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on milbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. milbet reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods.

• Withdrawal to Source: milbet applies a withdrawal-to-source policy where practically possible. Withdrawal amounts may only be returned to the payment method originally used to fund the account.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

2. Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a fixed or corrupt outcome, or participating in any scheme to manipulate sporting outcomes.
3. Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the milbet platform in a manner not intended for human players.
4. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player product on the platform.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting milbet support to resolve the matter.
6. Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or impersonating another individual.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

milbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

milbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
